Lake Manyara National Park is a restricted area in Tanzania Arusha and the Manyara region between Lake Manyara and the Great Rift Valley. It is 50 km (30 miles) long and 16 km (10 miles) wide and has salt and rock phosphates. Lake Manyara National Park covers 320 square km (124 square miles) and contains five different habitats.

Lake Manyara is a deep alkaline lake and an excellent place for flamingos and pelicans. Mixed acacia woodlands, patches of evergreen jungle, and short savannah plains dominate the park.
