Booking with Snow Peak Adventure and Safari means you agree to the terms outlined in our Booking Conditions. It is deemed that each customer has read these conditions completely before making their reservation, and they are considered to constitute a binding contract. Our trip offers will be detailed on the confirmation invoice when we receive a deposit or total amount within 30 days of the departure date.
Bookings are not valid until you receive a confirmation, and a booking is only confirmed once we complete that process.
Deposits vary depending on the specific trip when you book.
A confirmation email will be sent to you. There is an agreement between us when we do that, and your balance must be paid before your departure date, or it will be considered canceled.
Because of our variable and seasonal pricing, a standard practice within the travel industry, different passengers on the same trip may have been charged different prices. In other words, the cost of your journey will likely vary depending on market conditions, demand, and availability at any given time.
To confirm your travel arrangements, you must provide all required information and payment. Please provide the following information: full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality or country of residence, if applicable, as well as any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to complete the stated trip.
You must be healthy before leaving for your next adventure. Consult a medical professional for the latest information and advice about travel requirements for your destination. In the event that you are allowed onto our flight but are then denied entry into another country or if something happens at customs, we will not be liable for any personal injury or loss of property.
You should obtain comprehensive travel insurance as soon as possible. The company does not provide insurance to its clients (e.g. trip cancellation, medical coverage).
The cancellation of a trip caused by weather conditions or natural disasters can impact accommodation, transportation, and safety. We reserve the right to alter, cancel, or postpone any trip or place a hold on our customers’ funds without incurring any liability for loss of personal property, injury, or death. Cancellations in such cases will not be subject to our responsibility, and we will not issue refunds.
Let’s say we cancel your trip before you leave without any reason from your side. If that happens, we will gladly refund you in full (excluding any booking fees) provided all of the information we need to arrange the trip has been provided.
If we deem a situation during your trip to be an emergency, you might be forced to return early or not be allowed to enter the country where you are staying. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to or arising from such circumstances.
Unless we are negligent, we are not liable for loss of or damage to baggage, personal effects, money, passports, or other documents during the trip. You should bring a copy of your insurance card and essential travel documents.
